How it works

  1. Send the text

Order, then email the files with your reference.

  2. We build the term list

Key terms are fixed up front, so the same word is used every time.

  3. We translate and review

A second linguist checks meaning, not just spelling.

  4. You receive it

With notes on any term that has no direct equivalent.

Quality and confidentiality

One list of terms, kept for the whole job.

Each term is added once and reused, so "indemnity" is not three different words on page 2, 9 and 17.

Questions

Is this a sworn translation?
No. We do not present our translations as statsautorisert or sworn. If a court or authority requires one, we say so before you pay.
Will you keep to our own terminology?
Yes. Send a glossary or earlier translations and we follow them. Otherwise we agree terms with you first.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before we receive the files.
What if a term has no equivalent?
We choose the closest term, mark it, and add a short translator's note. You decide whether to keep the note.
Can you handle a long contract?
Yes. Over 10 pages we confirm the turnaround before work starts.

Your contract, term by term.
