All questionsWhat do I need to order a translation?
The document as a clear scan or photo, the language pair and the authority or purpose. Add it to the cart, check out, then email the files to support@livetranslationservice.com with your order reference. We confirm receipt and the page count by email.
Will UDI, NOKUT or my embassy accept your translation?
It depends on the authority. Many accept a professional agency's translation, some require a statsautorisert translator. Tell us the authority and we say which applies before you pay.
Is the price final?
The price includes 25% MVA. We confirm the page count when we see the files. If it differs from your order, we write before starting, and you can cancel for free.
How soon can I book an interpreter?
Video or phone in office hours: at least 1 working day ahead. Evenings and weekends: 2 working days. On site: 3 working days. Need it sooner? Call us.
Who sees my documents?
Only the two linguists on your job. NDA on request.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout. While the shop runs in test mode, no real payment is taken, and the checkout says so.
